Add struct TorrentCreatorParams for passing parameters

Filter out continuous newlines in Trackers field
Avoid adding empty url seed entries

Cleanup:
  Replace boost::bind
  Add const
  Use nullptr
  Use QString::SkipEmptyParts
  Rename variables
  Throw proper exception type
