Itagaki Takahiro 28a19436ca Fix STOP WAL LOCATION in backup history files no to return the next 
segment of XLOG_BACKUP_END record even if the the record is placed
at a segment boundary. Furthermore the previous implementation could
return nonexistent segment file name when the boundary is in segments
that has "FE" suffix; We never use segments with "FF" suffix.

Backpatch to 8.0, where hot backup was introduced.

PostgreSQL Database Management System
=====================================
  
This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL
database management system.

PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system
that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including
transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types
and functions.  This distribution also contains C language bindings.

PostgreSQL has many language interfaces including some of the more
common listed below:
