Alexander Korotkov 014f9f34d2 Move pg_wal_replay_wait() to xlogfuncs.c 
This commit moves pg_wal_replay_wait() procedure to be a neighbor of
WAL-related functions in xlogfuncs.c.  The implementation of LSN waiting
continues to reside in the same place.

PostgreSQL Database Management System

This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL database management system.

PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types and functions. This distribution also contains C language bindings.
