getopt_long(). This is more or less the same problem as we saw earlier
with getaddrinfo() and struct addrinfo, and for the same reason: random

Create objects in public schema.
Make spacing/capitalization consistent.
Remove transaction block use for object creation.
Remove unneeded function GRANTs.
are now separate files "postgres.h" and "postgres_fe.h", which are meant

Cleaned up a whole lot of crufty and inconsistent header inclusions.

remove during contrib cleaning. Please remove these files:
contrib/lo/test.sql
contrib/pg_dumplo/Makefile.out
contrib/pgbench/pgbench_jis.doc
contrib/spi/new_example.example
contrib/spi/README.MAX
Thanks.
