Fix comment.

XLByteToSeg and XLByteToPrevSeg calculate only a segment number.  The
definition of these macros were modified by commit
dfda6ebaec but the comment remain
unchanged.

Patch by Yugo Nagata. Back patched to 9.3 and beyond.
