Remove bogus tracepoint
Calls to LWLockWaitForVar() fired the TRACE_POSTGRESQL_LWLOCK_ACQUIRE tracepoint, but LWLockWaitForVar() never actually acquires the LWLock. (Probably a copy/paste bug in 68a2e52bbaf.) Remove it.
