23ccf13dd6 30-test_evp.t: make the tested configs depend on what's been built
If the FIPS module hasn't been built, don't use test/fips.cnf, for example.

f305ecdac0 Run evp_test in FIPS mode
We run the cipher and digest evp_test test files in FIPS mode. Some
ciphers/digests aren't available in FIPS mode so we mark those as
only being available in the default provider.

988b29850b Suppress loading the FIPS module in evp_test
Running evp_test with the FIPS module has never worked because the
config file was never loaded by default. Actually loading the FIPS module
reveals lots of failures in evp_test. The following commits will enable
loading the config file by default and so we temporarily disable running
the evp_test with the FIPS module until the tests can be fixed.

d5e5e2ffaf Move digests to providers
Move digest code into the relevant providers (fips, default, legacy).
The headers are temporarily moved to be internal, and will be moved
into providers after all external references are resolved. The deprecated
digest code can not be removed until EVP_PKEY (signing) is supported by
providers. EVP_MD data can also not yet be cleaned up for the same reasons.

ecb0f148a9 Add the NIST CAVS test vectors for CCM
This imports all of the NIST CAVS test vectors for CCM (SP800-38C) and
coverts them for use within evp_test. This commit also adds a script to
convert the .rsp CAVS files into the evp_test format.

b1ceb439f2 Add RFC5297 AES-SIV support
Based originally on github.com/dfoxfranke/libaes_siv

This creates an SIV128 mode that uses EVP interfaces for the CBC, CTR
and CMAC code to reduce complexity at the cost of perfomance. The
expected use is for short inputs, not TLS-sized records.

Add multiple AAD input capacity in the EVP tests.

249330de02 More EVP ECC testing: positive and negative
1. For every named curve, two "golden" keypair positive tests.
2. Also two "golden" stock ECDH positive tests.
3. For named curves with non-trivial cofactors, additionally two "golden"
   ECC CDH positive tests.
4. For named curves with non-trivial cofactors, additionally two negative
   tests.

There is some overlap with existing EVP tests, especially for the NIST
curves (for example, positive testing ECC CDH KATs for NIST curves).

"Golden" here means all the values are independent from OpenSSL's ECC
code. I used sage to calculate them. What comes from OpenSSL is:

1. The OIDs (parsed by tooling)
2. The curve parameters (parsing ecparam output with tooling)

The values inside the PEMs (private keys, public keys) and shared keys
are from sage. The PEMs themselves are the output of asn1parse, with
input taken from sage.

42e0ccdfe8 unified build scheme: adjust test framework for out of source build tree
To be able to run tests when we've built in a directory other than
the source tree, the testing framework needs a few adjustments.

test/testlib/OpenSSL/Test.pm needs to know where it can find
shlib_wrap.sh, and a number of other tests need to be told a different
place to find engines than what they may be able to figure out on
their own. Relying to $TOP is not enough, $SRCTOP and $BLDTOP can be
used as an alternative.

As part of this change, top_file and top_dir are removed and
srctop_file, bldtop_file, srctop_dir and bldtop_dir take their place.

fd99c6b599 Change OpenSSL::Test to be an extension of Test::More
It became tedious as well as error prone to have all recipes use
Test::More as well as OpenSSL::Test. The easier way is to make
OpenSSL::Test an extension of Test::More, thereby having all version
checks as well as future checks firmly there. Additionally, that
allows us to extend existing Test::More functions if the need would
arise.
