Richard Levitte	5f5edd7d3e	Rename internal function name_cmp() to v3_name_cmp() ... "name_cmp" caused a clash when linking with the static libcrypto. The slight rename is better than nothing, as v3_ is an already existing prefix. Dr. Matthias St. Pierre	706457b7bd	Reorganize local header files ... Apart from public and internal header files, there is a third type called local header files, which are located next to source files in the source directory. Currently, they have different suffixes like '*_lcl.h', '*_local.h', or '*_int.h' This commit changes the different suffixes to '*_local.h' uniformly.
