From this point on, this engine must be specifically specified.
To replace the internal EMBEDDED hack with something unique for the
new module, functions to create application specific OSSL_STORE_INFO
types were added.
Furthermore, the following function had to be exported:
ossl_do_blob_header()
ossl_do_PVK_header()
asn1_d2i_read_bio()
Finally, evp_pkcs82pkey_int() has become public under a new name,
EVP_PKCS82PKEY_with_libctx()

Commit 6725682d introduced a call to ENGINE_get_digest_engine() into
the function asn1_item_digest_with_libctx() to determine whether there
is an ENGINE registered to handle the specified digest. However that
function increases the ref count on the returned ENGINE object, so it
must be freed.

- In order to not add many X509_XXXX_with_libctx() functions the libctx and propq may be stored in the X509 object via a call to X509_new_with_libctx().
- Loading via PEM_read_bio_X509() or d2i_X509() should pass in a created cert using X509_new_with_libctx().
- Renamed some XXXX_ex() to XXX_with_libctx() for X509 API's.
- Removed the extra parameters in check_purpose..
- X509_digest() has been modified so that it expects a const EVP_MD object() and then internally it does the fetch when it needs to (via ASN1_item_digest_with_libctx()).
- Added API's that set the libctx when they load such as X509_STORE_new_with_libctx() so that the cert chains can be verified.

d2i_PrivateKey(), and thereby d2i_PrivateKey_ex(), is documented to
return keys of the type given as first argument |type|, unconditionally.
Most specifically, the manual says this:
> An error occurs if the decoded key does not match type.
However, when faced of a PKCS#8 wrapped key, |type| was ignored, which
may lead to unexpected results.

Update ParseC to handle this. Most of all, ParseC needed to be more
consistent. The handlers are "recursive", in so far that they are called
again and again until they terminate, which depends entirely on what the
"massager" returns. There's a comment at the beginning of ParseC that

The Ed448 private key decoding makes algorithm fetches. Therefore we teach

The role of this cache was two-fold:
1. It was a cache of key copies exported to providers with which an
operation was initiated.
2. If the EVP_PKEY didn't have a legacy key, item 0 of the cache was
the corresponding provider side origin, while the rest was the
actual cache.
This dual role for item 0 made the code a bit confusing, so we now
make a separate keymgmt / keydata pair outside of that cache, which is
the provider side "origin" key.
A hard rule is that an EVP_PKEY cannot hold a legacy "origin" and a
provider side "origin" at the same time.

It uses EVP_PKEY serializers to get the desired results.
One might think that ddoing this might make things a bit dicy for
existing serializers, as they should obviously use i2d functions.
However, since our serializers use much more primitive functions
such as i2d_ASN1_INTEGER(), or keytype specific ones such as
i2d_RSAPrivateKey(), there is no clash.

The solution to incorporate the SM2 identity processing was an off
the side hack that more or less duplicated the ASN1_item_verify()
code with just a few lines being different. We replace this with
a new function ASN1_item_verify_ctx(), which takes an EVP_MD_CTX
pointer instead of an EVP_PKEY pointer, just like its sibling
ASN1_item_sign_ctx().
This allows us to refactor X509_verify() and X509_REQ_verify() to
simply create a local EVP_MD_CTX and an attached EVP_PKEY_CTX,
which gets to hold the SM2 identity, if there is one, and then let
ASN1_item_verify_ctx() to its job.
This will also make it easier to adapt ASN1_item_verify_ctx() for
provider based keys.

Always use the current year in generating output files, rather than

We modify asn1_print_info() to print the full line. It pushes a
BIO_f_prefix() BIO to the given |bp| if it can't detect that it's
already present, then uses both the prefix and indent settings to get
formatting right.

Previous macros suggested that from 3.0, we're only allowed to
deprecate things at a major version. However, there's no policy
stating this, but there is for removal, saying that to remove
something, it must have been deprecated for 5 years, and that removal
can only happen at a major version.
Meanwhile, the semantic versioning rule is that deprecation should
trigger a MINOR version update, which is reflected in the macro names
as of this change.

Apart from public and internal header files, there is a third type called
local header files, which are located next to source files in the source
directory. Currently, they have different suffixes like
'*_lcl.h', '*_local.h', or '*_int.h'
This commit changes the different suffixes to '*_local.h' uniformly.

Currently, there are two different directories which contain internal
header files of libcrypto which are meant to be shared internally:
While header files in 'include/internal' are intended to be shared
between libcrypto and libssl, the files in 'crypto/include/internal'
are intended to be shared inside libcrypto only.
To make things complicated, the include search path is set up in such
a way that the directive #include "internal/file.h" could refer to
a file in either of these two directoroes. This makes it necessary
in some cases to add a '_int.h' suffix to some files to resolve this
ambiguity:
#include "internal/file.h" # located in 'include/internal'
#include "internal/file_int.h" # located in 'crypto/include/internal'
This commit moves the private crypto headers from
'crypto/include/internal' to 'include/crypto'
As a result, the include directives become unambiguous
#include "internal/file.h" # located in 'include/internal'
#include "crypto/file.h" # located in 'include/crypto'
hence the superfluous '_int.h' suffixes can be stripped.
The files 'store_int.h' and 'store.h' need to be treated specially;
they are joined into a single file.
