9311d0c471 Convert all {NAME}err() in crypto/ to their corresponding ERR_raise() call
This includes error reporting for libcrypto sub-libraries in surprising
places.

This was done using util/err-to-raise

2369111fd9 crypto/o_fopen.c: alias fopen to fopen64.
Originally fopen(3) was called from bio/bss_file.c, which performed the
aliasing. Then fopen(3) was moved to o_fopen.c, while "magic" definition
was left behind. It's still useful on 32-bit platforms, so pull it to
o_fopen.c.

96f1b64d8c o_fopen.c: compensate for e_os.h omission.
At earlier point e_os.h was omitted from a number of headers (in order
to emphasize OS neutrality), but this affected o_fopen.c, which is not
OS-neutral, and contains some DJGPP-specific code.
