514b76917c afalg: add some memory initialisation calls to pacify memory sanitisation.
The engine is modifying memory without the sanitiser realising. By pre-
initialising this memory, the sanitiser now thinks that read accesses are okay.

f6c95e46c0 Add "origin" field to EVP_CIPHER, EVP_MD
Add a "where did this EVP_{CIPHER,MD} come from" flag: global, via fetch,
or via EVP_{CIPHER,MD}_meth_new. Update EVP_{CIPHER,MD}_free to handle all
three origins. The flag is deliberately right before some function pointers,
so that compile-time failures (int/pointer) will occur, as opposed to
taking a bit in the existing "flags" field. The "global variable" flag
is non-zero, so the default case of using OPENSSL_zalloc (for provider
ciphers), will do the right thing. Ref-counting is a no-op for
Make up_ref no-op for global MD and CIPHER objects

Deprecate EVP_MD_CTX_md(). Added EVP_MD_CTX_get0_md() (same semantics as
the deprecated function) and EVP_MD_CTX_get1_md(). Likewise, deprecate
EVP_CIPHER_CTX_cipher() in favor of EVP_CIPHER_CTX_get0_cipher(), and add
EVP_CIPHER_CTX_get1_CIPHER().

Refactor EVP_MD_free() and EVP_MD_meth_free() to call new common
evp_md_free_int() function.
Refactor EVP_CIPHER_free() and EVP_CIPHER_meth_free() to call new common
evp_cipher_free_int() function.

Also change some flags tests to explicit test == or != zero. E.g.,
        if (flags & x) --> if ((flags & x) != 0)
        if (!(flags & x)) --> if ((flags & x) == 0)
Only done for those lines where "get0_cipher" calls were made.

e5499a3cac Fixup support for io_pgetevents_time64 syscall
This is a fixup for the original commit 5b5e2985f3
"Add support for io_pgetevents_time64 syscall" that didn't correctly
work for 32-bit architecutres with a 64-bit time_t that aren't RISC-V.

b9b2135d22 Don't clear the whole error stack when loading engines
Loading the various built-in engines was unconditionally clearing the
whole error stack. During config file processing processing a .include
directive which fails results in errors being added to the stack - but
we carry on anyway. These errors were then later being removed by the
engine loading code, meaning that problems with the .include directive
never get shown.

5b5e2985f3 Add support for io_pgetevents_time64 syscall
32-bit architectures that are y2038 safe don't include syscalls that use
32-bit time_t. Instead these architectures have suffixed syscalls that
always use a 64-bit time_t. In the case of the io_getevents syscall the
syscall has been replaced with the io_pgetevents_time64 syscall instead.

This patch changes the io_getevents() function to use the correct
syscall based on the avaliable syscalls and the time_t size. We will
only use the new 64-bit time_t syscall if the architecture is using a
64-bit time_t. This is to avoid having to deal with 32/64-bit
conversions and relying on a 64-bit timespec struct on 32-bit time_t
platforms. As of Linux 5.3 there are no 32-bit time_t architectures
without __NR_io_getevents. In the future if a 32-bit time_t architecture
wants to use the 64-bit syscalls we can handle the conversion.

This fixes build failures on 32-bit RISC-V.

3ba70235be afalg: Fix kernel version check

bee9c8a4ff afalg: Use eventfd2 syscall instead of eventfd
The eventfd syscall is deprecated and is not available on aarch64, causing
build to fail:

    engines/e_afalg.c: In function 'eventfd':
    engines/e_afalg.c:108:20: error: '__NR_eventfd' undeclared (first use in this function)
         return syscall(__NR_eventfd, n);
                        ^

Instead, switch to the newer eventfd2 syscall, which is supposed to be
supported by all architectures.

This kind of issues would be avoided by simply using the eventfd(2)
wrapper from the libc, but there must be subtle reasons not to...

Tested on a aarch64 system running OpenSUSE Leap 42.1 (gcc118 from
https://cfarm.tetaneutral.net/machines/list/ ) and also cross-compiling
for aarch64 with LEDE (kernel 4.9).

This properly fixes #1685.
