1c19ff3ce8 test: add test for generation of random data in chunks.
THe EVP_RAND wrapper works with the underlying RNG to produce the amount of
random data requested even if it is larger than the largest single generation
the source allows. This test verified that this works.

a45694a356 Make it possible to easily specify a libctx for EVP_DigestSign*
EVP_DigestSignInit_ex and EVP_DigestVerifyInit_ex did not provide the
capability to specify an explicit OPENSSL_CTX parameter. It is still
possible by explicitly setting an EVP_PKEY_CTX - but in most cases it
would be much simpler to just specify it in the Init call. We add the
capability to do that.

cd32a0f589 Don't abuse the API when that's not what is tested
test_EVP_PKEY_CTX_get_set_params() in test/evp_extra_test.c abused
previously sloppy checking in EVP_PKEY_sign_init_ex(), by passing a
"key to sign with" that was really just domain parameters.

Now that underlying provider import of key payload has become a bit
more strict, that leads to errors, so we need to provide at least a
public part (even though fake), and because this is a signing
operation, a private part as well.

25f2138b0a Reorganize private crypto header files
Currently, there are two different directories which contain internal
header files of libcrypto which are meant to be shared internally:

While header files in 'include/internal' are intended to be shared
between libcrypto and libssl, the files in 'crypto/include/internal'
are intended to be shared inside libcrypto only.

To make things complicated, the include search path is set up in such
a way that the directive #include "internal/file.h" could refer to
a file in either of these two directoroes. This makes it necessary
in some cases to add a '_int.h' suffix to some files to resolve this
ambiguity:

  #include "internal/file.h"      # located in 'include/internal'
  #include "internal/file_int.h"  # located in 'crypto/include/internal'

This commit moves the private crypto headers from

  'crypto/include/internal'  to  'include/crypto'

As a result, the include directives become unambiguous

  #include "internal/file.h"       # located in 'include/internal'
  #include "crypto/file.h"         # located in 'include/crypto'

hence the superfluous '_int.h' suffixes can be stripped.

The files 'store_int.h' and 'store.h' need to be treated specially;
they are joined into a single file.
