Creating JDK compatible pkcs12 files requires a bit more than just
adding the Trusted Key Usage OID to a certbag in the pkcs12 file.
Additionally the JDK currently requires that pkcs12 files setting this
oid _not_ contain any additional keys, and in response will produce
unpredictable results.
This could be solved by implying --nokeys when the pkcs12 utility is run
and the config option is set, but thatcould confuse users who didn't
specify nokeys on the command line. As such, remove the config file
setting for this feature, and replace it with a -jdktrust command line
option, that is documented to assert nokeys when a users specifies the
new command line option.

Following on from the regression in issue #15983, add a test that with
one input cert, we get one cert in the pkcs12 file, and that it has the
expected friendlyName.

So far check for availability of Win32::API served as implicit check
for $^O being MSWin32. Reportedly it's not safe assumption, and check
for MSWin32 has to be explicit.

User can make Windows openssl.exe to treat command-line arguments
and console input as UTF-8 By setting OPENSSL_WIN32_UTF8 environment
variable (to any value). This is likely to be required for data
interchangeability with other OSes and PKCS#12 containers generated
with Windows CryptoAPI.

Test doesn't work on Windows with non-Greek locale, because of
Win32 perl[!] limitation, not OpenSSL. For example it passes on
Cygwin and MSYS...

Originally PKCS#12 subroutines treated password strings as ASCII.
It worked as long as they were pure ASCII, but if there were some
none-ASCII characters result was non-interoperable. But fixing it
poses problem accessing data protected with broken password. In
order to make asscess to old data possible add retry with old-style
password.
