a150f8e1fc CRYPTO: refactor ERR_raise()+ERR_add_error_data() to ERR_raise_data()

706457b7bd Reorganize local header files
Apart from public and internal header files, there is a third type called
local header files, which are located next to source files in the source
directory. Currently, they have different suffixes like

  '*_lcl.h', '*_local.h', or '*_int.h'

This commit changes the different suffixes to '*_local.h' uniformly.

the following *_free functions will fail if a NULL parameter is passed:

b13fdc4860 Explicitly cast INVALID_SOCKET to (int) to address warnings on Windows.
Even though SOCKET is effectively declared as (void *) on Windows, it's
not actually a pointer, but an index within per-process table of
kernel objects. The table size is actually limited and its upper limit
is far below upper limit for signed 32-bit integer. This is what makes
cast in question possible.

b4faea50c3 Use safer sizeof variant in malloc
For a local variable:
        TYPE *p;
Allocations like this are "risky":
        p = OPENSSL_malloc(sizeof(TYPE));
if the type of p changes, and the malloc call isn't updated, you
could get memory corruption. Instead do this:
        p = OPENSSL_malloc(sizeof(*p));
Also fixed a few memset() calls that I noticed while doing this.
