The documentation on algorithm fetching has moved. There were a lot of

Many of the new types introduced by OpenSSL 3.0 have an OSSL_ prefix,
e.g., OSSL_CALLBACK, OSSL_PARAM, OSSL_ALGORITHM, OSSL_SERIALIZER.
The OPENSSL_CTX type stands out a little by using a different prefix.
For consistency reasons, this type is renamed to OSSL_LIB_CTX.

In commit 2b8fa1d56c the version-specific SSL/TLS methods were
deprecated. This patch improves the documentation of that change
by stating the deprecation more prominently in the manual page
and explaining the reason for the deprecation.

Includes addition of the various options to s_server/s_client. Also adds
one of the new TLS1.3 ciphersuites.
This isn't "real" TLS1.3!! It's identical to TLS1.2 apart from the protocol
and the ciphersuite...and the ciphersuite is just a renamed TLS1.2 one (not
a "real" TLS1.3 ciphersuite).
