RT3548: Remove some unsupported platforms.
This commit removes NCR, Tandem, Cray. Regenerates TABLE. Removes another missing BEOS fluff. The last platform remaining on this ticket is WIN16. Reviewed-by: Richard Levitte <levitte@openssl.org>
