configure generates ldap_features.h based from ldap_features.h.in
  LDAP_REFERRALS -> LDAP_API_FEATURE_OPENLDAP_V2_REFERRALS
  LDAP_DNS -> LDAP_API_FEATURE_OPENLDAP_V2_DNS
