Kurt Zeilenga b3ac184962 Fixed ldapconfig.h.edit/Make-template to generate ldapconfig.h correctly.
ldif2ldbm.c defaults moved to ldapconfig.h, sed no longer needed.
Changed type of lconn_lastused to time_t.
Added include <time.h> were needed.
