openldap/libraries/libavl/testavl.c
Kurt Zeilenga 4e160e83b6 Replace IFP() with appropriate full prototypes:
AVL_CMP, AVL_DUP, AVL_FREE, AVL_APPLY.
Apply casts as needed.
Change data pointer from caddr_t to void *.
