against Cyrus SASLdb.  Like other cleartext mechanisms,
should be protected from eavesdropping.

55ae3cffd8 SASL code without backend support. Should work with

7a7855508c We need to inherit syntax_compat from superior. Problem manifests 
itself in that cn suddenly becomes case-sensitive.
