1b0aa8cf23 Support for native GNU Pth Threads (--with-threads=pth) 
Tests behave as expected excepting slapd sometimes does not
shutdown properly.

75c9a1e222 Add OIDmacros for attribute & objectclass numericOIDs. Allow parsing 
attribute syntaxes using syntax description in addition to syntax OID.
Removed all whitespace from syntax descriptions.
