35c2869e44 ITS#6794 Fixed slapadd -q for glued databases 
Cleanup memory/threads more thoroughly in bdb_tool_entry_close() so that a
subsequent bdb_tool_entry_open() (e.g. for a glued database) can setup
things correctly again.
