146b2c5389 ITS#4082 tls ctx requirements are only applicable to servers, or clients 
with tls_opt_require_cert = TRY or DEMAND. Ignore requirements for clients.

f54bc26357 ITS#4072 ldap_pvt_tls_init_def_ctx() returns LDAP_NO_SUPPORT if not 
sufficiently configured. Update slapd/slurpd to act appropriately.

6e17b60648 add command line option (-S) to enable SLP registration (ITS#3132) 
off by default.  Option assignment is temporary, should be replaced
with "-o slp=<ON|off>".
Based upon patch submitted by Ralf Haferkamp (SuSE).

279760a467 1. Session history support 
- memory based session history to minimize sync traffic
	- when client is covered by a session history, then
      [add+delete] mode is used
	- when client cookie is not covered by the history because
      the cookie is too outdated and/or the history is truncated,
	  [add+present] mode is used
2. Sync cookie syntax : comma separated name=value pairs
	- csn=yyyymmddhh:mm:ssZ#0xSSSS#r#ssssr,sid=nnn
