404299371c tests: Add $MAINDB, $INDEXDB for [bhn]db tests. 
Simplifies tests for the DB storage backends.
Adds indexing etc to ndb in some cases, to match bdb/hdb.
This also fixes some broken back-null/back-ldif settings.
