59c4d9fad9 Cleanup: 
Add lmpats_out[] to simplify limits2str().  Wrap both in #ifdef LDAP_DEBUG.
Change char *lmpats[] to struct berval[].  Remove always-true compare.
Readability: Add STRSTART, rearrange limits_get, fix comments & long lines.
