+ add kbeg to xterm+keypad to accommodate termcap applications -TD + add smglp and smgrp to vt420+lrmm, to provide useful data for the "tabs" +m option -TD + build-fix for gcc 3.4.3 with Solaris10, which does not allow forward reference of anonymous struct typedef. + modify tput to allow multiple commands per line. + minor fixes for tset manpage.
