+ minor cleanup to test/view.c: + eliminate "-n" option by simply reading the whole file. + implement page up/down commands. + add check in tput for init/reset operands to ensure those use a terminal. + improve manual pages which discuss chtype, cchar_t types and the attribute values which can be stored in those types. + correct array-index when parsing "-T" command-line option in tabs program. + modify demo_new_pair.c to pass extended pairs to setcchar(). + add test/dots_xcurses.c to illustrate a different approach used for extended colors which can be contrasted with dots_curses.c. + add a check in tic to note when a description uses non-mandatory delays without xon_xoff. This is not an error, but some descriptions for a terminal emulator may use the combination incorrectly.
