Dickey d1a026123a ncurses 5.9 - patch 20110528 ... + add case to CF_SHARED_OPTS for Interix (patch by Markus Duft). + used ncurses/link_test to check for behavior when the terminal has not been initialized and when an application passes null pointers to the library.
