+ modify configure macro CF_XOPEN_SOURCE, etc., to use CF_ADD_CFLAGS consistently to add new -D's while removing duplicates. + modify a few configure macros to consistently put new options before older in the list. + add tiparm(), based on review of X/Open Curses Issue 7. + minor documentation cleanup. + update config.guess, config.sub from http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/config (caveat - its maintainer put 2010 copyright date on files dated 2009)
