4ae6d1c18d
+ update test programs to build/work with various UNIX curses for comparisons. This was to reinvestigate statement in X/Open curses that insnstr and winsnstr perform wrapping. None of the Unix-branded implementations do this, as noted in manpage (cf: 20040228).
