+ regenerated html documentation. + expand manpage description of parameters for form_driver() and menu_driver() (prompted by discussion with Adam Spragg). + add null-pointer checks for cur_term in baudrate() and def_shell_mode(), def_prog_mode() + fix some memory leaks in delscreen() and wide acs.
