+ correct a typo in mk-1st.awk (patch by Gabriele Balducci) (cf: 20100724) + improve configure checks for location of tic and infocmp programs used for installing database and for generating fallback data, e.g., for cross-compiling. + add Markus Kuhn's wcwidth function for compiling MinGW + add special case to CF_REGEX for cross-compiling to MinGW target.
