Thomas E. Dickey	4ae6d1c18d	ncurses 5.6 - patch 20080209 ... + update test programs to build/work with various UNIX curses for comparisons. This was to reinvestigate statement in X/Open curses that insnstr and winsnstr perform wrapping.
