Gary V. Vaughan fb267cab4e * ltdl.m4 (AC_C_INLINE): No longer required. 
* libltdl/ltdl.c (strdup, strcmp, strchr, strrchr, memcpy, trim,
free_vars):  Revoke inline keyword from declarations.  `static
inline' is not very portable, and in addition Unixware 7.1.1's
compiler says you can't access static variables from inline
functions.

This is GNU libltdl, a system independent dlopen wrapper for GNU libtool.

It supports the following dlopen interfaces:
* dlopen (Solaris, Linux and various BSD flavors)
* shl_load (HP-UX)
* LoadLibrary (Win16 and Win32)
* load_add_on (BeOS)
* GNU DLD (emulates dynamic linking for static libraries)
* libtool's dlpreopen
