[irix*, osf*]: Output -update_registry information to
${output_objdir} directory, not ${objdir}. ${output_objdir}
will work when a project has a single Makefile and performs
builds in subdirectories. ${objdir} expects the source in
the current directory, breaking single-Makefile builds.
