Paolo Bonzini d32c96ccd6 add libtool --mode=finish mode for sysroot 
* doc/libtool.texi (Finish mode): Document behavior when *.la files
are passed.
* libltdl/config/ltmain.m4sh (func_mode_finish): Eliminate sysroot
or `=' signs representing it from files in $libs.
* tests/sysroot.at (SYSROOT_TESTS): Test for presence of sysroot
references before running libtool --mode=finish, and for absence
afterwards.

This is GNU libltdl, a system independent dlopen wrapper for GNU libtool.

It supports the following dlopen interfaces:
* dlopen (Solaris, Linux and various BSD flavors)
* shl_load (HP-UX)
* LoadLibrary (Win16 and Win32)
* load_add_on (BeOS)
* GNU DLD (emulates dynamic linking for static libraries)
* dyld (darwin/Mac OS X)
* libtool's dlpreopen
