* .x-update-copyright: New file. Exclude files not owned by this project from update-copyright rules. * doc/libtool.texi: Replace m-dash with n-dash in texinfo copyright notice so that update-copyright matches correctly. Undo bogus copyright updates to example output from gdb session. Bump copyright year. * Changelog.old: Revert bogus updates from previous years without .x-update-copyright.
