Alexandre Oliva 6862fbcb71 * libltdl/configure.in: only assume implicit installation if 
libltdl was libtoolized.  If not, print a warning message
suggesting the use of --enable-ltdl-install or of one of the
AC_LIBLTDL_* macros.
