Gary V. Vaughan 404dbdf202 libltdl: bump -version-info revision by 1. 
The only changes to libltdl sources since v2.4.2 have been
cosmetic and stylistic.
* libltdl/ltdl.mk (LTDL_VERSION_INFO): For a release with no
interface changes C:R:A becomes C:R+1:A.

This is GNU libltdl, a system independent dlopen wrapper for GNU libtool.

It supports the following dlopen interfaces:
* dlopen (POSIX)
* shl_load (HP-UX)
* LoadLibrary (Win16 and Win32)
* load_add_on (BeOS)
* GNU DLD (emulates dynamic linking for static libraries)
* dyld (darwin/Mac OS X)
* libtool's dlpreopen
