Florian Weimer 477e484f19 tests: Fix C99 compatibility issue in lt_dlopen_a.at
Include <string.h> for the strcmp function.  This improves C99
compiler compatibility because it avoids an implicit function
declaration.

* tests/lt_dlopen_a.at: Include string.h.
