* libtool.m4: some DJGPP fixes
* ltconfig.in: ditto, reverted one of my previous patches: we need
  to check for NM, removed the hardcode_into_libs support since
  no platform seems to support it
* ltmain.in: some DJGPP fixes, removed the hardcode_into_libs support
