hdf5/config/powerpc-ibm-aix5.x
Albert Cheng 102170c3bf [svn-r12961] Upgrade.
Change AIX to use C99 standard by default.
Also removed -DSTDC as its need is unknown.
Also added a line to identify this is for IBM AIX platforms.

Tested:
Copper.
