- Updated bin/reconfigure to use latest version of automake (1.10.2).
Re-generated Makefile.in's by running bin/reconfigure.
- Added libtool version numbers to c++, fortran, hl, hl c++, and hl fortran
libraries.

jam, liberty, smirom
