Pedro Vicente Nunes dca5ad5754 [svn-r11443] Purpose:
new features

Description:

added support for the scale/offset filter
there is a new filter symbol 'SOFF'
-f SOFF=<scale_factor,scale_type>

scale_factor = integer
scale_type = 'IN' or 'DS'

Solution:

Platforms tested:
Linux
SunOS
