MuQun Yang 7a11c453f9 [svn-r9520] Purpose:
Adding general MPI derived datatype testing code.

Description:
The testing code will not be tested. The purpose of checking in is for
better debugging later. HDF5 routine or daily test should not be aware of this.

Solution:


Platforms tested:
Copper(AIX 5.1),
Heping(Linux 2.4 + MPICH 1.2.6).
