Neil Fortner 3c483bd078 [svn-r16475] Purpose: Fix rare error when adding a new object header message ... Description: Since the new object header format, it has been possible for a situation to be created where none of the messages are large enough to hold a continuation message and there are no null messages to merge with. This makes it impossible to add a new object header chunk. This case will now be handled by moving every message in the last chunk to the newly allocated one, except for null messages which are deleted.
