Albert Cheng b64b643c54 [svn-r8430] Purpose:
Slight improvement.

Description:
Show directory name at the beginning and ending of running
make check in a directory.  Together with the time stamp,
it will be easier to see how much time it takes to run all
the tests in one directory.

Platforms tested:
Eirene only.
