./MANIFEST
	Removed duplicate Ragged.html

./doc/src/Glossary.html
	Changed 1.0 to 1.2 since 1.0 is the current development
	branch, 1.1 will be development after beta release, and 1.2
	will be the first complete release (see Version.html).

./test/dsets.c
./test/tstab.c
	Added more tests.
