Albert Cheng e5865cbf35 [svn-r6904] Description:
Replaced the individual setting of gcc flags with the combined
gnu-flags file.

Platforms tested:
Tested in modi4 with different combinations of gcc.  No needed to
run three platforms tests since this is for irix machines only.
