Quincey Koziol e9a63d30df [svn-r28828] Description:
Switch filter plugin to use H5allocate_memory and H5free_memory instead of
malloc and free.

Tested on:
    Linux/32 2.6.x (jam) w/serial
    Linux/64 2.6.x (jam) w/serial
    MacOSX/64 10.11.2 (amazon) w/serial & parallel
